  • Go to: https://invoice.ehawaii.gov.
  • Enter the number from your invoice or from the email you received from the eHawaii.gov Office Manager.
  • Select "Look Up".
  • Scroll to the bottom and select "Pay Now".
  • Select a payment method.
  • Select "Pay Now".
  • Fill in all the required information.
  • Select "Continue".
  • Select "Pay Now".
  • Select "Continue".

One or more of your payments for a State of Hawaii online service has returned unpaid. Please refer to the email notice you received for further details. Please do not attempt another payment through the original online service to resolve this issue.

If your payment was not paid by the due date then it will be passed back to the State of Hawaii agency. Please contact the eHawaii.gov Office Manager if you have further questions.

In some cases, you may send a paper check. Please contact the eHawaii.gov Office Manager if you have an interest in paying via paper check.

You may reply to the original email you received notifying you of the returned payment. Or, you may contact the eHawaii.gov Office Manager:
