No, but you can use a paper check to pay via eCheck. Here are the steps to pay via eCheck:
If your payment was not paid by the due date, then it will need to be reviewed by the Tax & Charities Division. Once the "Admin Review" process is complete, a new invoice will be e-mailed to you, and you will be able to pay the new invoice online.
