Please enter an invoice number.


  • Go to: https://invoice.ehawaii.gov/charity.
  • Enter the invoice number located on your invoice.
  • Select "Enter".
  • Scroll to the bottom and select "Pay Now".
  • Select a payment method.
  • Select "Pay Now".
  • Fill in all the required information.
  • Select "Continue".
  • Select "Pay Now".
  • Select "Continue".

Please contact the Tax & Charities Division using one of the following methods. Be sure you have your invoice number ready.

No, but you can use a paper check to pay via eCheck. Here are the steps to pay via eCheck:

  • Go to: https://invoice.ehawaii.gov/charity.
  • Enter the invoice number located on your invoice.
  • Select "Enter".
  • Scroll to the bottom and select "Pay Now".
  • Select "eCheck".
  • Select "Pay Now".
  • Fill in all the required information.
  • Select "Continue".
  • Select "Pay Now".
  • Select "Continue".

If your payment was not paid by the due date, then it will need to be reviewed by the Tax & Charities Division. Once the "Admin Review" process is complete, a new invoice will be e-mailed to you, and you will be able to pay the new invoice online.
